16" (41 cm.) Composition head with flanged neck,small blue sleep eyes,mohair lashes,painted
curly lashes and brows,open mouth,four teeth,blushed cheeks,blonde mohair curly wig with
bangs,muslin torso and upper legs,composition arms and lower legs. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: E.I. Horsman,circa 1928. Value Points: exceptional fine state of
preservation,virtually never out of box,the doll has flawless complexion and wig,original pink
organdy dress with embroidery,three-tiered ruffled bonnet,undergarments,socks and shoes,and
is presented in her original labeled box. The doll is featured on the front cover of Collector's
Guide to Horsman Dolls by Don Jensen.
