20" (51 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with delicately-shaded outlined lips, dimpled chin, pierced ears, brunette human hair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: R. 1 D. Comments: Rabery and Delphieu, circa 1890. Value Points: lovely contrast between the delicate complexion and rich brown eyes, antique costume includes leather shoes with impressed mark of Alart.
