7" (18 cm.) Each has wax shoulder head,firmly-stuffed muslin body and wax lower limbs,tiny
bead eyes,closed mouth,one with painted brown hair in soft swirling curls and painted brown
ankle boots,and the other with blonde arranged curls and painted orange ankle boots. Condition:
generally excellent. Comments: English,mid-19th century. Value Points: very rare to find
miniature wax dolls,wearing their fine well-detailed original silk,muslin and lace costumes with
matching bonnet or coiffe.
