14" (36 cm.) All-carved wood,with socket head,carved hair in short bobbed fashion tucked
beneath a carved Dutch style bonnet with cream-painted finish decorated with painted ribbons
and flowers,painted blue eyes,accented nostrils,closed mouth with slightly-smiling
expression,all-wooden spring-jointed body. Condition: very good,with some rubs and scuffing at
edge of hair,body scuffed. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan.17,'11 USA & Foreign Countries
(impressed). Comments: Schoenhut,the model was made for four years only,1912-1916. Value
Points: very rare model to find,with original finish,albeit with typical age wear,costume may be
original,shoes and doll stand are original.
