Each doll has bisque shoulder head with blonde or brown sculpted curls arranged in elaborate coiffure,painted facial features,muslin body,bisque lower limbs,painted shoes,and is wearing (frail) original costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: miniature early sculpted hair dolls are rarely found,these including lady with three gold and black hair bands and painted earrings,lady with brown hair captured in seven horizontal rolls at the back of her head,and lady with short brown finger- curled hair,along with little brown-haired boy with short curls. The woven carpet and two dollhouse furnishings are included.
