6 1/2" (17 cm.) mother. The early bent wire furnishings includes a swinging cradle,bed,and three drawer chest. Along with a porcelain shoulder head lady with sculpted short hair,muslin body,porcelain limbs,antique costume,and three all-porcelain babies in the so-called "Frozen Charlotte" pose,one with very fine pink-tinted complexion,and another with sculpted smock. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: furniture is French,mid-19th century,dolls are Germany,circa 1875. Value Points: very rare to find furnishings with beautiful details of bent and scrolled designs.
