Description
27" (69 cm.) h. x 26"l. x 15"d. The wooden two-story house is created in three sections: two
separate floors and a roof with delightfully painted second floor ceiling on the underside. The
exterior of the house has original lithographed paper cover to simulate carvings and
stonework,two large windows with elaborate wooden frames on each floor,and a wooden
paneled door at the center of each floor,the bottom door with stenciled outlines and elaborate
door knocker and knob,and the upper door fronted by a small balcony,and having a large
glass window. The interior has two large rooms on the second floor with center opening
door,and two rooms plus a center hallway with staircase on the first floor. The exterior papers
and paint,and interior wall and floor papers and paint are original throughout. Structurally
excellent,in as found condition,with faded and worn original papers and paint. The Christian
Hacker paper label featuring intertwined CH letters and Schutzmarke are on the underside.
