8" (20 cm.) and 9". Each has paper mache shoulder head with sculpted black hair,painted facial
features,slender kid body,wooden lower limbs,painted shoes. Condition: generally
excellent,finish on man a bit dusty. Comments: Germany,circa 1840. Value Points: the woman
has large turquoise eyes and elaborate coiffure with painted stippled curls around her face,and
the man has well-detailed short curly hair,both wearing original costumes.
