The 19th Century English Arnold J. Wilson Wooden Dollhouse and Furnishings

27" (69 cm.) h. x 20" x 18". The thick-walled wooden two-story dollhouse has walnut framed windows and door,and paneled front double doors; there are four windows on each side. The front hinges open above three step stairs and basement crawl space with window cut outs. Two rooms are on each floor with arched door openings between,and the house is well-furnished with antique period furnishings,chandeliers,lamps,carpets and accessories. There are four porcelain dollhouse dolls in antique costumes within. Very good condition,wall paper is retained on one wall,other walls and floor are natural unfinished wood. There is a brass name plate "Arnold J. Wilson" at the front. Mid-19th century,probably English.
