9" (23 cm.) Bisque socket head of plump-faced character, tiny blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth with crooked smile, two porcelain lower teeth, blonde mohair wig, composition toddler body, painted white socks and brown one-strap shoes, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1393. Comments: Germany, circa 1920, rare variation of the classic Bonnie Babe. Value Points: wonderful cherubic little toddler with very choice detail of modeling, original body and body finish.
