6" (15 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on elongated bisque torso,blue glass enamel inset
eyes,painted curly lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with piquant
smile,accent line between the lips,original blonde mohair wig with hip-length braids,peg-jointed
slender arms and legs with painted white socks and black ankle boots. Condition: generally
excellent,minor overpaint on upper left leg. Marks: 13 (arms and legs). Comments: French,circa
1882. Value Points: beautiful mignonette with expressive features,rare boots,wearing antique
dotted Swiss dress with lace edging,woven bonnet,and along with six additional
ensembles,chemise,and some accessories,with leather-covered wooden domed trunk.
