20" (51 cm.) Lightly-pink-tinted porcelain shoulderhead of lady with heart-shaped face and elongated strong throat, blonde sculpted hair in arranged horizontal rolled curls drawn away from face and forming into a uniquely shaped roll at the back, with painted rose hair band, fully-modeled ears, painted blue upper-glancing eyes, black and red upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, aquiline nose, closed mouth with center line, muslin stitch-jointed body, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: rarity factors include unique and elaborate coiffure, modeled ears, upper-glancing eyes, on the exquisitely modeled lady doll.
