glass paperweight inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,mauve-blushed eye
shadow,brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded
nostrils,closed mouth with defined space between the shaded and outlined lips,separately-
modeled pierced ears,dimpled chin and philtrum,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French
composition and wooden early fully-jointed body with straight wrist and plump limbs,wearing
very fine antique cutwork dress with embroidered details,silk sash,undergarments,Jumeau
leather shoes signed Paris Depose with bee symbol,outstanding cutwork bonnet with floral
trim. Condition: generally excellent,1" firing line behind the right ear which is original in the
making. Marks: 13 (and artist checkmarks on head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body).
Comments: Emile Jumeau,the model known as Bebe Triste in reference to her wistful sad
expression. Value Points: an especially gorgeous example of the beloved bebe with finest
