15" (38 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,cobalt blue glass eyes,dark
eyeliner,painted lashes,arched feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth
with outlined lips,pierced ears into head,brunette mohair wig over cork pate,muslin stitch-
jointed body,kid arms,with pretty (frail) antique silk costume. Condition: generally
excellent,tiniest pinflake at shoulderplate neck,body is not French but appears to have been with
this doll for a long time. Comments: attributed to Jumeau,circa 1870. Value Points: very beautiful
face with fine delicate bisque and brilliant eyes.
