19" (48 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with oval face,elongated throat,large blue
painted eyes with red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth with center accent line,blonde mohair wig,muslin stitch-jointed body with kid
arms,antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1860. Value
Points: brilliantly-painted large blue eyes contrast wonderfully with the untinted bisque and
blushed cheeks of the rare early model.
