12" (30 cm.) h. 11"l. An all-bisque figure depicts a young baby who is seated tidily inside his
papa's shoe,the child with sculpted curly blonde hair,intaglio blue eyes with heavy lids,closed
mouth with painted teeth,impressed dimples lending a look of delight,sculpted white smock with
ruffled collar and ties. Excellent condition,one big toe restored. The figure has the impressed
sunburst mark of Gebruder Heubach,circa 1912. The very rare grand-sized figure has
outstanding detail of sculpting with imaginative detail such as the worn-out hole at the shoe
front through which baby's feet are peeking out.
