Description
14" (36 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with very pale complexion,heart-shaped face,pale blonde
sculpted hair arranged with triple rows of curls above the forehead,then waved away from her
face above fully-sculpted pierced ears,and with three ribbon bands across the crown and back of
head that give shape to clusters of curls at each side of face and back of head,painted pale blue
upper glancing eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accent dots at eye corners
and nostrils,closed mouth,muslin body,porcelain lower limbs,leather arms,nicely costumed.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: extraordinary
coiffure with elaborate detail,pierced ears.
