21" (53 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with blonde sculpted hair waved softly away from
her face with a fanciful small arrangement of braids and curls at her crown,a thick braided
coronet around the sides and back of her head from a cluster of ringlet curls that fall from the
back crown,cobalt blue glass enamel eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented
nostrils and eye corners,pierced ears,closed mouth with center accent line,sculpted detail of
smocking and ruffles on bodice with original brooch hole for insertion of jewelry,muslin stitch-
jointed body,leather arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value
Points: very fancy coiffure,glass eyes,fancily-sculpted bodice,pierced ears and pierced jewelry
hole.
