11" (28 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with sculpted topknot,forelock and side curls,blue
glass side-glancing googly eyes,painted short lashes,one-stroke brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth with impish smile,composition baby body,antique costume. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 240 0. Comments: Marseille,circa 1915,the model was inspired by Kewpie and
incorporates many of the familiar features such as topknot on bald pate. Value Points: rare to
find model with wonderful expression,original body and body finish,fine bisque.
