19" (48 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head depicting an adult lady with oval face and elongated
throat,sculpted black hair with very full waves and curls,captured in a sculpted snood at the
back,painted large blue upper glancing eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke black
brows,closed mouth,kid stitch-jointed body,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent.
Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: well-modeled lady with elegant presence,detailed
feathering around the forehead.
