Bisque shoulder head depicting a young boy with sculpted brown hair casually waved behind each sculpted ear,and topped by a sculpted grey cap with gilt-edged blue band and streamers,blue glass inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,sculpted collar and bodice with beading,brown edging,and dotted pink tie,kid gusset-jointed body with bisque lower arms,velvet costume and kidskin shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2 115. Comments: C.F. Kling,circa 1875. Value Points: the great rarity of the model with sculpted cap,bodice and glass eyes,is rivaled by its most captivating presence.
