Description
6" (15 cm.) The all-bisque figure depicts a donkey with attached nodding head upon which are
seated three members of the Palmer Cox Brownie family including Jockey and Indian,each with
sculpted and painted costume and large googly down and side-glancing eyes. One foot has been
reglued,otherwise excellent. Germany,circa 1895,a fabulous Brownie figural group with different
character expressions on each face,enhanced by amusing nodding donkey head.
