5 1/2" (14 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,painted lashes,delicately-feathered
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center accent line,blonde mohair wig with hip-length
braids,composition body with jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees,painted shoes and
socks. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Kestner,circa 1885. Value Points: rare early
miniature doll with fully-articulated body,presented in woven basket with three bonnets,two
dresses,pinafores and undergarments.
