32" (81 cm.) Felt swivel head of lady with angular slender face and very elongated throat,head
posed slightly inclined,press-sculpted and painted facial features,blue side-glancing eyes with
heavily-modeled eyelids having a sensuous effect,outlined eyes,long upper curly
lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with coral-shaded lips,blonde mohair
wig with coiled side braids,slender torso and elongated limbs with modeled bent right
elbow,jointed hips,modeled bent knees and feet posed for high heels. Condition: good/very
good,with some light dustiness and fading. Comments: Lenci,circa 1925. Value Points: rare
early model with very fine press-sculpting of features,wearing very unusual costume of
loosely-woven metallic threads with velvet ribbons and velvet floral clusters,felt gloves and
sleevelets,organdy petticoats,green felt heels,posed seated in wooden-framed upholstered
chair that is original to the doll.
