6" (15 cm.) Porcelain waist-up half doll depicting a young child with elongated torso,plump oval
face tilted slightly sideways and with arms extended away from the body,having sculpted bonnet
with ruffled brim that is elaborately decorated with yellow bands,stenciled flower design,three
large Dresden flowers and leaves and a wonderful feather,having painted blue upper glancing
eyes,fine facial painting. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1900,splendid modeling with superb
modeling of bonnet,delicate blushing,of the very rare model.
