18" (46 cm.) Poured wax shoulder head of adult lady with heart-shaped face turned to the
right,elongated strong throat,narrow blue glass enamel eyes,delicately-painted brows and
lips,inserted mohair wig arranged in upswept manner,softly-stuffed muslin torso,poured wax
arms and legs,bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: English,circa 1890,possibly
Lucy Peck. Value Points: very beautiful modeling of face with distinctively modeled eye
sockets,wearing a very fine antique black silk faille jacket with lace and beaded trim,silk taffeta
skirt with demi-train.
