Description
7" (18 cm.) Two one-piece carved polychromed wooden poodles, mother and little pup, are posed standing, each with deeply-carved curly coat in shades of grey/cream, with puff tail, long floppy ears, the mother with applied bead eyes and red collar, arranged upon a wooden platform. Excellent condition. Genoese, early 1700s, attributed to the workshops of Gerolamo Pittaluga.
