33" (84 cm.) Thick paste porcelain shoulder head of lady with heart-shaped face,elongated
throat and modeled bosom,pink-tinted complexion,sculpted brown/black hair with feathering
and widows peak at the center forehead,her hair drawn back loosely and forming into a loosely-
coiled chignon at the back with curls tumbling onto her neck,painted large blue eyes,red and
black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,closed mouth,muslin body with original porcelain limbs
having painted yellow gloves and painted beaded bracelet,antique burgundy silk taffeta gown.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1850. Value Points: the very rare
grand-sized early porcelain has unique facial expression,elaborate coiffure with detailed
feathering and widows peak,and rare painted gloves.
