11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head with very full plump cheeks and chin,small blue glass inset eyes
with paperweight effect,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,rose blushed eye shadow,feathered
brows,closed mouth with pale outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French
composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J.M. (and
symbol mark) 5/0. Comments: Mothereau,circa 1882. Value Points: an extremely rare tiny size of
the elusive bebe having finest ivory-like bisque with soft blushing,original body and body
finish,and wearing a superb French dress with tiered lace and
embroidery,undergarments,bonnet,socks,and little black leather shoes with impressed full figure
of doll and "1".
