12" (30 cm.) Solid-domed bisque shoulder plate with pink-tinted complexion,sculpted painted
light brown hair,intaglio dark blue side-glancing eyes with white eyedots,red and black upper
eyeliner,closed mouth modeled as though open and laughing with outlined lips,and two rows of
tiny beaded teeth,muslin torso,composition arms and legs in bent baby pose,nicely costumed.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach Germany 3 8306. Comments: Gebruder
Heubach,circa 1910. Value Points: rare model with wonderful bisque,especially nice definition of
forelock curl,well-painted features.
