5" (13 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso,painted facial features of impish-faced child,side-
glancing eyes,white eye dots,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented
nostrils,closed mouth with broad beaming smile,brunette mohair wig,loop-jointed bisque arms
and legs,right arm modeled bent at the elbow with pointing finger,painted above-the-knee white
stockings and black one-strap shoes,antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks:
J.I.O. c. 1920 47. Comments: designed by artist Jeanne Orsini,made in Germany,circa 1920. Value
Points: rare all bisque character with superb detail of characterization and painting.
