4" (10 cm.) doll. All-bisque doll with swivel head,painted brown hair,painted facial features,peg-
jointed bisque arms and legs,painted stockings and laced ankle boots,wearing blue velvet suit
and cap. Along with an ormolu bookcase with spiral frame,and containing two sets of paper
mache faux-books designed to appear as though leather bound with gilt lettering. Excellent
condition. Germany,circa 1890.
