20" (51 cm.) Mohair teddy in golden-apricot color has center-seam construction of swivel head, stitched ears, black shoe-button eyes, black embroidered nose and mouth, pronounced back torso hump, elongated jointed arms, hip-jointed legs with large feet, felt paw pads. With original Steiff button in ear with underscored F. Generally excellent, mohair worn a tad on nose, few spots on paw pads. Germany, Steiff, circa 1905, very rare center-seam model especially in this color.
