Description
7 1/2" (19 cm.) Each has bisque socket head, painted facial features, one-stroke brows, upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent, composition body with shoulder and hip jointing. The girl has blonde mohair wig and blue painted eyes. The boy has brunette bobbed wig and blue painted eyes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 114 19. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, "Hans" and "Gretchen" from their art character reform series, circa 1915. Value Points: fine unplayed condition, the wistful-faced child have choice bisque, original wigs and bodies, original body finish, and wear wonderfully detailed original folklore costumes.
