20" (51 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with rounded face and elongated throat,brown
sculpted hair with clusters of tiny ringlet curls at each side of the center part,then waved away
from her face into arranged large looped curls at the back,decorated with a gilt-tipped rose
bow at her crown,sculpted bodice with neckline having double border of Dresden pink ribbon
and white beads,each with gilt trim,surrounded by painted blue decorations,pierced
ears,painted blue eyes,black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth,newer muslin stitch-jointed body and bisque limbs,beautiful antique lace and dotted
Swiss gown,undergarments. Condition: restoration to back shoulderplate and hair ribbons.
Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: regal yet gentle expression on the very ornate
lady with brown hair and fancily decorated bodice.
