17" (43 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of lady with oval face and elongated throat,brown sculpted
hair with little curls at the forehead,a loosely-looped chignon at the crown and long curls onto
her shoulders,pierced ears,painted bright blue eyes with white eyedots,red and black upper
eyeliner,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth upturned lip corners,sculpted striped
neck ribbon with gold link and oval blue medallion stone,old muslin stitch-jointed body with
bisque lower limbs and painted black flat shoes,antique ivory silk gown,undergarments.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4 N (script letter) 5 (incised on back shoulder plate).
Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: beautiful lady whose rarity factors include
elaborate coiffure,brown hair,and sculpted necklace and ribbon.
