Description
6" (15 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure depicts a lady with a very elaborate and unusual ruffled
high coiffe with blue shaded bow,holding a yellow tray of yellow and pink roses in her extended
arms. She has a slender face,elongated throat,aquiline nose,grey locks,painted features,blue
shaded blouse with floral designs,white ruffles at bodice and sleeves with raised beading. With
impressed Goebel crown mark and "4". Germany,circa 1920. Excellent condition. Very rare
sculpted coiffe.
