20" (51 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with sculpted downcast face,pink-tinted
complexion,sculpted black hair combed smoothly around her face and forming into finger curls
that fall onto her back shoulders,painted blue upper-gazing eyes with large black pupils,red and
black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,rounded nose with accented nostrils,closed mouth with
slightly-smiling expression,muslin stitch-jointed body,porcelain lower arms,nice antique gown
and undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: No. 11 (and) B (and) 11 (inside
shoulder plate). Comments: Germany,circa 1860. Value Points: rare facial pose with perfectly-
oval shaped face,beautiful complexion,well-defined sculpting of eye sockets.
