3 1/2" (9 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of adult lady with perfectly-oval face and elongated
throat,brown sculpted hair arranged with loosely-drawn-back hair captured in braids and ringlet
curls at her crown and circled with a painted blue hair band with gilt edging,painted facial
features,blue downcast eyes,thick black upper eyeliner,painted brows,closed mouth,aquiline
nose,modeled bosom. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (blue bishops staff symbol).
Comments: Dressel and Kister,circa 1900. Value Points: exquisite detail of hair sculpting and
most artistic painting of face details and complexion.
