7" (18 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with heart-shaped face,sculpted blonde hair
waved away from her face and captured in blue painted snood,with painted white and purple
lustre feathers and trim,tiny painted facial features,closed mouth with unusual upturned lip
corners,muslin body,bisque lower limbs,painted brown boots,antique cotton gown and
undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1870,the smaller
version of #26 has variations in decoration including hair and smiling expression. Value Points:
charming dollhouse size is very rare to find,has original costume. Ex-Legoland Museum of
Antique Dolls,then acquired by Mary Young.
