Description
To fit bebe about 20" (size 8 or 9 bebe Jumeau). In a beautiful and unusual silk fabric in delicate
rose and cream design,comprising a dress with slightly-dropped waist,wide bretelle collar that
covers the box-pleated bodice and the tops of the very full sleeves with fitted cuffs; there is a
row of box-pleats at the hemline with ruffled silk ribbon above and lace below,and the same silk
ribbon edges the collar and forms a sash. Along with a bonnet with very wide-brimmed frame
with panel of sheer tulle,and decorated with silk ribbons,cream braid and a pink boa feather.
French,circa 1890,impeccably-preserved condition.
