6" (15 cm.) A porcelain box in the shape of a woven wicker baby bed with handles has a
removable lid with sculpted vignette depicting a little boy with sculpted dark curly hair,painted
features,sculpted baby dress and pink baby blanket; he is holding a porcelain trumpet in his
right hand,and a little Polichinelle toy rests at his feet. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1880. Value Points: delightful theme of the trinket box with elaborately-detailed
designs.
