5 1/2" (14 cm.) doll,8 1/2" abacus. A sculpted doll has black hair with bangs and
chignon,painted facial features,swivel head,body with jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and
knees,antique costume. Condition: very good,original finish with nice aged patina. Comments:
late 19th century. Value Points: wonderfully characterized face,the doll is standing alongside a
floor-standing miniature wooden abacus in frame with colorful counting beads.
