Description
7 1/2" (19 cm.) A porcelain figure of kneeling Pierrot with black skull cap,spit curls,wide ruffled
collar and classic suit is posed kneeling on self-base; balanced on his knee (part of his same
sculpture) are legs of the flapper dancer and bottom portion of the powder dish which forms her
gown. The lid of the dish completes her skirt and slender body of the flapper girl who is posed in
a very stylized manner. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1920,a delightful luxury fancy.
