5" (13 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure of nude woman with elongated throat and strong chin,her
head tilted slightly to the side to draw attention to the sculpted fan that she holds behind her
head,her left arm bent at the elbow as in a dancing pose,with sculpted brown hair having
exaggerated curls onto the sides of her face and a chignon at the back with decorative hair
comb,gold earrings,exaggerated decoration around the eyes. Marks: (blue bishop's staff stamp).
Excellent condition. Germany,Dressel & Kister,circa 1915.
