upper glancing eyes with white eyedots,thick black upper eyeliner with unusual tiny fringed
lashes,short feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with lips having
a slightly-smiling expression,brunette mohair extended-length wig,composition and wooden
ball-jointed body. Condition; generally excellent. Marks: 520 12. Comments: Bahr and
Proschild for Kley and Hahn art character series,circa 1910. Value Points: rthe rare model is
virtually-unknown in this larger size,the well-detailed character features achieved by defined
eye crinkles,and impressed dimples at cheeks and lip corners,exemplary bisque and
painting,outstanding original mohair wig,original body and body finish,and wearing antique
lavender cotton school dress with lace edging,undergarments,shoes and socks.
