holding up head; with black skull cap,yellow jacket with black pom-poms,trousers,collar,and
holding a bottle; the cone-shaped frame for attachment to powder puff or pincushion is sculpted
under his arm. Marks: Germany 15431. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1920.
