Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with oval face and elongated throat,brown sculpted hair with deeply comb-marked waves at her forehead that are captured by a wide blue ribbon scarf trimmed with magenta and gilt accents; the scarf wraps around an elaborate coiled braid at the back of her hair,painted facial features,blue eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,brown one-stroke brows,closed mouth,sculpted bodice with pink lapels and trim,old muslin stitch- jointed body,kid arms,lovely rose silk gown. Condition: generally excellent,few repairs on kid arms. Comments: Germany,circa 1870.
