22" (56 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of lady with delicate pink-tinted complexion,very slender
oval face and elongated strong throat,brown sculpted hair with shaded coloring drawn
smoothly around the sides of her face,over her ears,and formed flat at the back of her
head,blue painted eyes in large half-moon shaped sockets,red upper eyeliner,single stroke
brown brows,strong aquiline nose,closed mouth with full lips,center accent line,and slightly
upturned lip corners as though smiling,old muslin stitch-jointed body,leather arms,wearing
fine early gown,undergarments,stockings,shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: KPM
(blue stamp inside right shoulders) KPM (red ink orb inside back shoulder plate). Comments:
KPM,circa 1840,Value Points: exquisite quiet elegance of the very rare early doll in fine larger
size allowing full definition of features and painting,
