eyes,painted lashes,reddish/brown hair with side-part and long soft curls,wearing ivory
brocade gown with bead and pearl embroidery and blue sash with star medallion,gold
edging,petticoat,panties,ivory shoes with ties,angora-lined purple velvet robe with extended
train and lavish crown-design gilt embroidery,gold rick-rack edging,and with gilt-metal
framed crown with purple cap and pearl border. Excellent condition,superb preservation of
elaborate costume with vibrant colors. Vogue,the Coronation Queen was issued i n 1953 to
commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II; this is the deluxe edition and is extremely
rare to find,especially in this impeccable condition with beading on gown that appeared only
on the 1953 edition.
